This customer is a web designer specializing in site design for home builders. He frequently uses website templates for his work and provided me one for use on his FSBO site.

Shown above is TCFSBO's home page. Note the two properties displayed in the left and right columns. These are "featured" properties. At the site owner's request I designed a featured property application that displays selected properties an administrator settable number of times. When the allocation is used an email informs the administrator.

Use of a site template provided an easy way to implement a consistent and user friendly interface throughout the site.

His site also uses the property tracking system to allow site visitors to save selected properties for further consideration and exclude other properties from future searches.
